Personal Description:
I am an Mphil/PhD in media and communication student at Goldsmiths, University of London. I have a bachelor’s in Multimedia and animation and masters in Filmmaking from Kingston University.
Teaching Experience:
I have taught children from underprivileged background from 3- 17 years old in a NGO (Responsible Charity) in India for more than 8 years. I have taught subjects like English, History, Geography, Biology, Bengali, Hindi. I have also been a guest lecturer in Rabindrabharati University (India) for a year, where I was teaching filmmaking and film studies to masters students.
Teaching Approach:
I try to make the lessons interesting by making it interactive. I choose topic like going to restaurant or going to market or talking about the weather in each class and learn new words and phrases. In intermediate level I introduce story books and story readin.
