This is how 2 referees rated Danielle:
I am a graduate of St Andrews University (2009) with my MA in French. I lived in France for two years after my studies and very much enjoy frequent trips over there to visit friends and family.
After university, I worked with the University of Paris III - Sorbonne Nouvelle, assisting students with their learning of English. I also did private tuition for individuals ranging from 3-30 years. I have five years of tutoring experience here in the UK and am familiar with the new Scottish Curriculum for Excellence and Higher level as well as expectations at university level up to MA.
My previous students have all had at least a full grade improvement during their year of study with me and I am confident that I can do the same for you.
I am fun and easy-going. I believe everyone has an individual learning style and like to get to know what works best for my students. I realise that learning from books is not for everyone and try to incorporate activities that help the body and brain to remember information together. I believe this has effective results for more kinetic learners who often struggle in a school environment. I have a wide variety of experience and resources to make lessons interesting and adaptable.

The sessions are well planned and thought out, varying dialogue, games and written work. I have enjoyed each session taught and Danielle has kept to my original requests and aims.
She is very accommodating and flexible on times and days. She is always friendly, approachable and is very professional in her manner.
