Information About Alejandro - Bristol teacher
This is how 2 referees rated Alejandro:
Hello, my name is Alejandro Gabriel . I was born in Argentina to Italian parents and consider myself a native Spanish and Italian speaker since we grew up speaking both these languages at home. I am also fluent in French, having studied this language from an early age.
I moved to Italy when I was 21 to study in the prestigious Arts Academy and later was given the opportunity to perform with a French dance company, touring Europe for a number of years. After the tour had finished I was invited to perform and teach in Japan, staying several months during which I enjoyed learning about Japanese culture and their way of life.
To hone my teaching technique, I attended Spanish teaching workshops at the Cervantes Institute in Milan, combining many of their methods with my own performing experience to create a personal teaching style which I tailor to fit the needs of the individual.
My experience as a professional tango instructor has helped greatly with my language tutoring, of which I have more than seven years experience; teaching Spanish to Italians and Italian to immigrants looking to quickly adapt to their new environment.
My approach is original and innovative; mastering the basics then learning to combine the structural principles of the language with the cultural aspects of the main country, or an area the student is interested to discover. I am flexible, quickly adapting to my students' needs. My main goal is to help students learn and master their chosen language and to love the cultural aspects of it also.
