Information About Richard - Hereford trainer
This is how a referee rated Richard:
I have had over 16 years of experience tutoring adults and much of this has been using online materials. I have also worked with less able students and enabled them to achieve a good learning experience. I am quiet and patient and can look at problems from your point of view. I have a good understanding of the impact of disabilities on achieving your learning goals as I am dyslexic.
I have worked both as an online and 1-2-1 IT tutor for the past 16 years and delivered courses in basic computing leading to level 2 qualifications.I have a good knowledge of the way people learn and also employ a multi-sensory approach to my tutoring.
My approach to teaching IT is practical and hands-on. I believe that learning to use a computer should be fun and my aim is to build confidence in my students whatever there are or experience. My training materials are simple and try to break the subject down into small parts. They rely on real examples and take the student through the subject in easy steps.
