I Rekha , have 15 years of IT industry experience. I have worked with Accenture India in Bangalore and managed profiles such as Cloud Service Management, Operations Management, Process Consulting, and Auditing. I have completed various certifications like CCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, ISO 20000-1:2018 Lead Implementer Professional for Service Management System, Service Management and Service Integration and Management (SIAM), ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy, ITIL Intermediate Service Transition, ITIL Intermediate Continual Service Improvement, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). My trainings include ISO 27001 (ISMS) implementation, Windows Server Basics and Server Administration, Cloud computing, and Cyber Security.
