Personal Description:

I am married with 2 children and enjoy playing in a wind band. I have worked in blue chip companies since 1983 and have been involved in management reporting right up to now.

Training Experience:

I have coached and trained numerous people over the years probably on every single version of Microsoft Office since its inception. I have 5 years experience of rolling out a computer based sales system which involved training at least 250 people individually on basic keyboard and IT skills, bespoke software packages and MS Office. This also involved setting up user groups and sharing tips and techniques throughout the business community.

Since 1983 I have used Mainframe spreadsheets, Lotus 123 and MS Excel. I have also used Powerpoint, Access and Word and have the knowledge to integrate all of them for specialist reports, however that knowledge is bespoke pricing.

Training Approach:

Computer based training packages work for some people and are good for supplememnnting knowledge but often a person has a specific task in mind which can be difficult to complete using CBT. The way I like to train is to help you identify a project or task and coach you on how to complete it. Remember there are many ways to achive a goal but some are more efficient than others so structure and layout are essential for repetetive tasks.
