Personal Description:
My name is jann i was born in the uk, i have grown up around computers and have always been interested in them.
Training Experience:
I was first taught about computers by my family as my dad has been a pc tech for 30 years so he passed on his knowledge to me. I then went to school and got my distinction and moved on to collage where i got my A levels but after that i didnt want to move on to university and just wanted to pass my knowledge to others.
Training Approach:
I have a very straight foward way of teaching people so they can understand and move on. im friendly and easy going and very flexible.
