I am a person who love mentoring other people on technology.

Training Experience:

12+ years of overall experience with 6 + years in Python, AngularJS and MongoDB.

* Strong technical background with B Tech Honors (Information Technology) from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, one of the premier technical institutions in India.
* MBA in Marketing (Gold Medalist) from Manipal University, India
* Known for writing efficient, maintainable and reusable code
* Created a learning management system from scratch.
* Regarded as a self-motivated and can lead a technical team efficiently.
* Knowledge of Javascript, Angular JS, MongoDB, Python, Azure and Bootstrap
* Good understanding of GIT
* Worked on various database servers like MongoDB, SQL Server and MySQL.
* Self-starter, fast learner and a team player with strong personal and group communication skills.
* Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to emerging new technologies.

Training Approach:

There are two types training that I can offer.

1. For students who want to improve their marks
2. Who wants to become a professional coder.

1. For students who want to improve their marks
Every new batch of tuition starts with getting to know more about the students. It is at the same time important to give the students enough space to familiarise themselves with me.

After that an analysis of the student is done based on the previous exams the student has attended. An in depth analysis is done to understand where the student is loosing marks.

The following steps outline the process of each tuition session:

2. Introduce the theoretical part of the subject or topic
3. Explain how the theory links to the real life example / scenario
4. Work out and explain some examples
5. Immediate evaluation of student's understanding through questions and answers
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until satisfactory response of the student (steps 1, 2 and 3 may also be repeated if required)
7. Give homework and a brief discussion on what will be covered in the next tuition session

Note: Each tuition session starts with the correction of the previous session's homework and explanation of any problem areas, including a summing up of what was covered in the previous tuition session.

2. To become professional coders

If you are trying to be a professional coder, the approach is totally different.

The classes will start with basics of the programming and with a live project. Each session will be based on a sprint where a small module will be completed. The number of sprints depends up on the what level you want to learn the coding.

All the classes will use an LMS.
