Training Approach:
Practical approach which is driven by the needs of the trainee.
Whether you want an hour to set up a new phone/laptop/tablet or you need a full database system for your business which you need to manage once set up you need training in MS Office to increase your skills base ask me how.
No amount of training, however small, is too much bother.
Many of my trainees have been nervous first timers or silver surfers!

AdamFrom Patricia (5/5): Adam has been brilliant and taken the mystery of how to do the Geography A Level exam away, as well as filling in the missing parts of the curriculum (which there are many!) due to covid. My daughter is very pleased with Adam. I would highly recommend his services.

From Henry (/5): Adam was a brilliant tutor for the sessions which I had with him. He was excellent at helping me with exactly what I needed. I was a student retaking Geography (CIE) A-level and not in school at the time and he was able to find time for me as well as his other tutees. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone struggling with a certain subject or especially to broaden your outlook on a course and how improve your knowledge as well as competence.

He is pleasant and flexible and the one thing we regret is not starting tutoring with Adam earlier on in the year and while my daughter was struggling at school in the subject .

From Jennifer (/5): Before we could meet Adam and start my daughters tuitions we received an email demanding payment 24 hours beforehand. I felt this was un excitable none of my other tutors require this method. This left me now having to look for another IT tutor Witch I have now found I find his work ethics not very wise as he should be concentrating on meeting us and doing his job before requesting for payment just like my other tutors. Sadly a bad experience.
Reply from: Adam:After agreeing, several weeks in advance, to tutor your daughter on a Tuesday afternoon, I emailed you to confirm the first session. At this point I also requested payment in advance (as recommended by First Tutors IT for online sessions). I do request 24 hours in advance whereas First Tutors IT recommend 15 minutes in advance, but the principle is the same.
You were offended by the request for advance payment, saying you preferred to pay after the lesson and I did say that this was not how I manage my tuition payment.
You also said that you were unable to do a Tuesday now as you had arranged other tuition and had other commitments at this time. I emailed you a copy of our conversation from First Tutors IT where it clearly showed that we had agreed to have a session on Tuesday. I explained that I have tutees every other day, I had kept the agree day and time free since we originally confirmed this. I also offered you an alternative session on a Monday as well as a weekend if that was easier for you. You said you were unable to do any other time than a Wednesday which is the reason you had to find another tutor rather than the reason you stated which was my terms of payment. You say "Sadly a bad experience". Not so. From my point of view I kept a slot available for you which I could (and now have) filled with another tutee.

Although my son has only had a couple of sessions with Adam as yet, he has found his input very helpful.

From Lisa (/5): Very good first session, highly recommended by a hard to please 16 year old doing a DIDA in ICT. Wish we had contacted Adam earlier! Lots of pointers in what to do to achieve good marks and he also gave comprehensive notes to do work on own outside of lesson.
