I currently work with English Youth Ballet as a ballet dancer, choreographer and teacher for children ages 6-16 years old.
Ballet takes a lot of sacrifices and discipline but also be able to trust yourself and be confident on what you do.Teachers roll is very important for students as you must guide them to get their best but making sure they enjoy and understand that ballet can help to achieve lots of things in their life physically and mentally.
I treat each of my students individually, depending on their level, finding a program that is suitable for them.
I always look for the best way for them to have a good time and learn that ballet is not just a dancer but an art.

Building up basics first, working around my schedule and my abilities, being very flexible as to location, always being 20 mins early and always staying ages after class, and enthusiastic about teaching and ballet generally - I cannot recommend her highly enough. Who would have known ballet could be so fun, so engaging and so good for your body! I feel like (whilst I might not make it as a 34 year old Prima… ) I have got a new friend and a ton of skills - and muscles.
