Thank you so much Tracy for all your help.
Unfortunately, I have to leave a dissatisfied note on this tutor of yours.
Tracy confirmed to come over to my place (Lancaster) for provide me with her services as a English Business Teacher, we both agreed on price and items to be taught. She sent me a last minute SMS (lesson to be taken on Sunday, SMS received same day in the morning) with some unearthly wording (as follow).
"Hi Mel, I just had this awful thought . I got an inquiry today from someone who thought I was an electrician tutor (don't know why) but I thought I would check, you are aware I am a business and accounting tutor not an English one? Just to make you aware before I come. That is not to say I cant help you I can. Tracy"
This is unprofessional. I planned my day bearing in mind she was going to come and stay for two hours with me and basically it ruined my day. It occur to further searching and I'm sure will find somebody suitable for me, the only think I demand (apart from a fair CV) is professionalism, which as you can see this lady Tracy does not have.
Sorry Tracy. I dont understand. You know the areas and items that I need help with and you agreed to help me. Let me know if coming then I dont waste time.
I responded twice but didn't get a response back. I even offered to refund the arrangement fee myself so that she could find another tutor. During the years of delivering private tuition this is a first time iv experienced this. Very unfortunate.
IF YOU NEED ANY HELP I BELIEVE TRACY WILL BE THE RIGHT CHOICE
