Personal Description:

More than 20 years of continuous teaching, training and development working with a variety of corporate and adult groups to support continuous professional development for employees and executives. Some are linked with qualification development with recognised professional institutes or universities. I have an excellent track record from supporting candidates to achieve their grades.
On other occasions, my experience relates to bespoke training for individuals and groups of employees, designed to meet the specific needs of individuals and teams to meet corporate objectives.
I have recent experience of apprenticeship schemes in management and administration. I have also been responsible for developments in behaviours and skills for a variety of the new standards (trailblazer) including those at level 4/5 for management and accounting/taxation standards
I have business management experience both as an entrepreneur and head of a department in college/university
