Personal Description:

I have been supporting individuals in their efforts to develop effective communication and language skills for over 20 years. I have worked as a head teacher and a lecturer in education before becoming a coach and tutor, and I specialise in the education and training of specialist doctors.

Training Methods:

I utilise a range of strategies taken form a variety of approaches, including NLP, CBT and Kaizen for business. Working with individual, I help to create a plan of action that identifies key areas fro improvement, broken down into manageable steps that are then evaluated on a timescale to suit the client's availability and requirements.

Apart from her technical skills in the subject, Kitty helped my daughter become more interested in the subject and enjoy it; she became much more confident. She had been let down by many changes of teacher at her college over two years, but she made significant strides since shat started working with Kitty. I wish we had found Kitty sooner!
The video link over the internet and the ability to work at mutually convenient times, including weekends and evenings made the process easy. I fully recommend Kitty based on our experience.
