Personal Description:

I have combined 30 years of business experience with my own training skills learned through Stephen Coveys 7 Habits, Roffey Park's Facilitation Skills, Jack Black's Positive thinking and as an NLP Practitioner, to provide a unique blend of practical knowledge and effective learning skills to all my programmes. I believe strongly in the importance that customers play in the success of businesses, and am passionate about helping businesses communicate with them properly.

Training Specialisms:

All my programmes are designed to Improve Business Through Communication and so address skills where there are key points of contact with customers. These include the following; Sales, Sales Prospecting, Presentation Skills (Content and Style), Customer Service, Social Media, Marketing (strategy and communication), Negotiation skills. All programmes draw on core elements central to the particular subject but are tailored to the needs and circumstances of each individual client.

Training Methods:

I work with my clients to select the methods most suitable depending on individual roles, the environment and the desired outcomes, but the programmes are always involving, interactive and use practical demonstration as well and theoretical learning.
