Experience gained from a long and exceptional career within business consultancy (hundred + businesses) and with running six of my own businesses. Much of my consultancy work has provided high level coaching & mentoring for senior executives and managers. Before this I was a leading UK direct sales person to director level, developing high level strategic sales and communication skills . Much business consultancy work starts with strategy and practical ideas for improvement – I offer these processes as part and parcel of all my development work. I understand business strategy, IT, finance, marketing and sales in equal measure. This provides an exceptionally safe pair of hands for developing both people and businesses as a whole.
