I have an extensive track record of raising standards and improving communities and healthcare settings over the past 10 years, in both leadership and management roles.
I have led over 30 projects and programmes meeting the agreed quality requirements, deadlines, and budgets. I have undertaken projects for various areas such as health and social care, public health, data and legal, procurement, human resources, transformation, digital services, planning and place, regulatory and environmental services. I have been responsible for effectively planning, monitoring and delivering budgets of over £6 million for my projects and programmes.
I have evolved my strategic-thinking skills by working with people with different skillsets, backgrounds, and beliefs. I trust the benefits of cross-functional environments, which enable creative and open dialogue. Working closely with suppliers, customers and executives has helped me to assess needs through a proactive mode, and to find solutions via a more spherical view. To improve on this, I have applied SWOT and PESTLE analysis, mind mapping and the 5WHYs technique, in the context of assessing needs and setting goals. For reviewing risk strategies and exploiting opportunities, I monitor and evaluate KPIs, to reach optimal targets.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Project Management, as well as the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification (2017) provided by AXELOS Ltd in the UK. I hold the Agile Certificate, provided by the Agile Business Consortium in the UK. Since I am passionate about the Agile concept, I have been trained in and have applied most of its approaches, such as Lean, Kanban, Scrum and Agile DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method).
I had the opportunity to apply most of PRINCE2’s management products, and to train some individuals and organisations on how to use them effectively for their own projects. These products included the Business Case, Mind Mapping, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Plan, Benefits Realisation, Lessons Learned Log, Process Map and RAID Log. Some of the project management techniques that I have applied and taught are the Checklist, Influence/Interest Matrix, Critical Path, Earned Value Analysis, Probability Impact Grid, and Cause and Effect Diagram. Additionally, some of the project management tools that I have used to support a visual and virtual collaboration are Trello, JIRA, Verto, MS Project Professional, MS Visio, MS Teams and all MS tools.
Some areas that I can help you are the following:
Health and Social Care Management
Project Management in Practice
Risk Management and Scheduling

So far, she has helped me enormously to develop my social care management skills. Emmanouela is an excellent professional and tutor who can impart all the appropriate knowledge to her students and with her support it is certain that you going to achieve incredible outcomes with your course.
In my opinion, Emmanouela is the best tutor that you can get in this website for management related courses. I am so glad that I chose her.
Emmanouela is very thoughtful and mindful of our capabilities and tries her best to always push for me and make me understand what is required from me. I am thankful I found her as tutor here at First Tutors.
A very good example of a true professional.
As I explained to you earlier, we had our introductory session, which focuses on your needs and expectations. At the end of this first session, which I don’t charge, I explained to you that your needs and expectations don’t match to what I offer. Therefore, I couldn’t start being your tutor. This was explained to you from the first time we met so I would consider it as a proactive approach rather than ‘last minute’. We never started our lessons, so I couldn’t ‘cancel’ anything.
Wishing you good luck with your search and I hope you find a tutor that can meet your needs and expectations.
