Information About Elaine - Stevenage trainer
This is how 2 referees rated Elaine:
After working full time for more than 30 years in education and training, I still have my passion and enthusiasm for helping people of all ages to learn and achieve their goals in a friendly, positive and supportive way.
I have successfully worked nationally and in county and district councils as an HR learning and management development specialist and manager, working corporately and in a department, at strategic and operational levels.
As a trainer I can devise policy and practice, undertake, **Contact Detail Removed** and needs identification work. I have also devised and delivered long and short term programmes on many areas from basic communication for staff to leadership, team development and general managers skills
My areas of specialism include mentoring and coaching, presentation skills, equalities and diversity, leadership skills and team development, HR policies into practice, customer service delivery, communication skills, report writing, induction and performance management. I have a good record of supporting Investors in People Accreditation and contracting and commissioning training.
My sessions are friendly and focussed, well planned to meet needs and goals and with flexibility to change with priorities. I speak with and not at people and believe in high levels of engagement and participation. I aim to challenge but not demoralise and to develop learner confidence in themselves and the work they do.
