Personal Description:
Hi, I'm Anna. I am a highly qualified voice specialist and public speaking and communication coach, with extensive experience across business and performance contexts, including serving as Senior Voice and Text Practitioner at the Royal Shakespeare Company.
I hold an MA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, a BA in Acting from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, a BA in English Literature from the University of Warwick, and a full TEFL qualification.
During my seven years at the RSC (2016–2023), I helped individuals communicate with clarity, confidence and impact: the body, breath, voice and text skills harnessed in this environment are directly applicable in the corporate world. In addition, I have partnered with leading UK organisations, including the National Theatre, and trained actors at top London drama schools. I have also delivered voice work internationally, including in the US and China, adapting my approach to diverse cultural and professional contexts.
I have designed and delivered workshops and one-to-one coaching for numerous corporate clients, focusing on public speaking, executive presence, vocal confidence and effective communication. My clients range from individuals refining presentation skills to teams seeking practical, high-impact training. I have delivered staff training for prestigious organisations such as Disney.
I offer both face-to-face and online coaching, taking a person-centred, practical and supportive approach to help clients develop authentic, confident communication that is immediately applicable in professional settings.

Training Methods:
Our voices play a crucial role in the impression we make on those around us. An underpowered and restricted voice can decrease our presence and impact, while a free, expressive, well-supported voice commands attention and can open up opportunities in our professional and personal lives.
Many of us feel like our voices and communication skills let us down. Perhaps you feel like your voice is a little dull and monotonic, and you want to introduce more variety and pitch range when speaking in meetings. Maybe you want help tackling those pesky pre-presentation nerves, or you're drafting an important speech and need advice on effective word choice and structure. Whatever your goals, working with an expert practitioner can be life-changing.
I specialise in improving features such as power, stamina, resonance, pitch range, variety, fluency and pacing. Over the past ten years, I have helped a wide range of professional people unlock their potential, from bankers and CEOs to lecturers and teachers.
I will tailor my process to suit your needs, using my voice and text expertise to identify problems and offer tips and practical exercises to help you succeed. I can provide one-to-one sessions, group seminars and workshops, both online and in person.
