Personal Description:

I have worked with business's of all sizes and developed both training plans for the staff and directors, delivered training which is bespoke to the individual and company to help develop the individual and the teams as well as motivating people. I have qualifications in business advise and can work with business in order to help them develop and grow. I have worked with organisations such as East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Business Link and Lantra. I have delivered training sessions for individuals and for groups of people up to 10 in number. The training that I can offer can be bespoke or accredited by an awarding body.

Training Specialisms:

I specialise in management Training in order to develop the team also I deliver IT Training and and offer some free training for beginners. I also deliver Food Hygiene, Health & Safety training and this is very cost effective as it is charged on a group basis. PTLLS and assessor training I can do the majority of this work on a distance learning package

Training Methods:

I work with groups and individuals in the workplace or in hired rooms so I can take the training to people and they do not have to worry about transport costs for the staff again making the training more cost effective
