I am a psychologist with a passion for applying my knowledge & skill-set to improving workplaces & the work lives of others. I am confident carrying out training & development in the workplace & have strong analytical skills to discover areas requiring attention. My combined training in counselling & psychology has honed my listening & communicating skills, which I use in all elements of my work & with all levels of employee from intern to C-Suite.
I am experienced in developing and creating psychometrics as well as implementing and analysing a variety of tests.
Training Specialisms:
I cover a variety of training specialities including Business Coaching, Life Coaching, Psychometric testing, Psychometric Development, Test User Training Part A and Part B.
I use Psychodynamic techniques in my coaching, allowing for a deeper and more meaningful coaching relationship.
I am a member of BPS and ICSP.
