Information About Lindsey - Bishop's Stortford teacher
I have been passionate about food practically all my life - but baking and sweets have always held that special fascination for me. In 2007 I made a career change from the challenging field of Technology to the equally challenging (but for me, more rewarding) realm of patisserie. I have studied patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in London, and worked in the pastry kitchen of a 5* hotel in Mayfair, London. I also run my own business selling and making cakes for many satisfied customers.
I have run classes teaching the art of sugar craft and cake decoration so I have experience in helping students improve their skills and achieve their goals.
I primarily teach by setting out specific learning targets / projects determined by myself - but am also happy to work with the students to develop their own projects based on what they personally want to achieve.
