Information About Ella - Holywell teacher
This is how 2 referees rated Ella:
I’m a practicing artist and teacher, currently completing an MFA in Fine Art at Manchester School of Art. I completed my BA (hons) in Fine Art with 1st class honours at Northumbria University. Throughout my Art Education, starting at school, I realised the importance of being creative and how inspiring teachers can aid that process. I hope to pass on my love of Art and learning to all my students.
I have experience of teaching at Primary, Secondary, A level, Foundation Art & Design and Undergraduate level as well as a private tutoring and workshop facilitator.
I have been teaching A level Fine Art and Graphic Design for the last 6 years and am a qualified teacher.
I am able to teach students how to use all types of paint from: oil, acrylic and watercolour. As well as a variety of different drawing techniques: graphite, charcoal, pastels, collage and mixed media.
I am positive, patient and encouraging. I believe that we can all be creative and it’s just about finding the right approach for each individual.
I support students to have the highest aspirations for themselves and the work.
