Hi, my name is Will and I am a graduate of the University of Southampton where I studied Aeronautical Engineering, I’m currently working as an Accountant in the Finance Industry.

I enjoy teaching and I love the satisfaction that comes with it. I am in love with Physics, Chemistry and Maths and it will be a pleasures to share my knowledge with the younger generation.

I studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Further Mathematics in Sixth Form and I gained AAAB grade respectively in these subjects.

Tutoring Experience

I have 10 plus years of experience in home tutoring. I taught A Level Maths, A Level Physics, A Level Chemistry, GCSE Maths and GCSE Science.

I also have a year's experience in mentoring students in my local college. I helped my mentees in Maths and English, which they all passed successfully.

I have worked with a range of young people with diverse mix of abilities in Maths and Science.

Tutoring Approach

As a tutor, I feel a need to motivate my tutees as its very vital to their studies.

I personally believe that with understanding, any student will be able to answer any question and apply their knowledge to solve real life problems.

So I first teach my tutees to understand a concept and then I go through a practice question with them and then guide them through as many exams questions as possible.

I occasionally do a short revision sessions as this is the key to long term understanding and success in exams.
