I currently teach English as a Second Language to students from all over the world. I teach all age groups and abilities. I offer online classes using Skype and face to face classes in the students’ homes. I’m a qualified primary school teacher (QTS) living in Staffordshire. I’ve lived and taught abroad for a number of years.

Tutoring Experience

I’ve worked as a class teacher in schools in Staffordshire, teaching Key Stage 1 and 2. I’ve taught in schools and language centres abroad, and I've provided online English classes via Skype to mixed nationalities. I’ve worked overseas as a volunteer working with underprivileged children. I’ve taught an English course to Japanese yoga teachers in Tokyo and I’ve trained Indian teachers in India to teach English in charity schools.

Tutoring Approach

I provide a mixture of theory and practice. I teach English grammar, vocabulary, expressions and phrases, reading and writing skills, pronunciation, etc, plus I offer a variety of opportunities for English conversation and dialogue.
