I am a 29 year old BSc Finance graduate with first class honours.

I have now become a full time private tutor, regularly helping students so that they have a better chance with their exams.

I am also a keen sportsman playing football in the Kent County Premier League.

Tutoring Experience

I have 4 and a half years’ experience tutoring locally, averaging 20-30 hours a week with repeat students.

Sessions are based on support with the curriculum throughout the school year, and end of year exam preparation.

Tutoring Approach

I aim to engage with students so that they enjoy learning and feel comfortable.

My tutoring intends to be clear and detailed, using proven textbook theory and examples. I look to be patient and understanding, giving pupils time, and encouraging them to keep going despite mistakes.

Sessions will involve detailed feedback as students attempt questions, to help them build confidence. Hopefully this will lead to them feeling better equipped to improve their studies.
