Tutoring Experience

I trained at Roehampton University, gaining a 2-1 degree in Education with QTS. My placements were in Reception, Year 1 and 2.
I worked in an infant school in Bethnal Green, initially as a Year 1 teacher, then spent 2 years in Reception, finally working in year 1, before looking into supply work. Since then I have worked in 3 schools with Reception, Year 1 and 2, also as PPA cover for lower KS2

Tutoring Approach

I am personable, friendly but firm when teaching.
I feel I am adaptable my approaches in response to a child's learning style.
I like to make learning fun and think it is better to underpin knowledge with secure foundations, rather than learning to the test.
