Joanna

Sadly, we never got to experience tutoring with Joanna because first of all she had problens receiving our emails, and then when we managed to arrange a first session she became very ill and was unable to keep the appointment. She did try to rearrange but it was all getting too complicated and stressful for our daughter, who has a chronic health condition.

Joanna has been an excellent tutor to our daughter for a few months prior to her GCSE exams. We had never engaged a tutor before and was unsure what to expect.
Joanna was brilliant and is a lovely lady.
She put us at ease as parents and supported our daughter across all three GCSE science subjects - which she has achieved a grade 8 in.

Joanna has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was flexible and committed, and kept in touch if she was ever running late - which wasn't often.

She is knowledgeable about the current GCSE syllabuses and was able to provide practice exam questions. I will not hesitate to be in touch again for her tutoring services for my other daughters when their time comes.

I asked my daughter for her feedback for Joanna and this is what she said:
"Joanna was a passionate tutor who clearly loved her subject and did everything she could to help me in the best way possible by focusing on parts of the course I found harder. She is patient when you don't understand and would draw diagrams and explain in a way that is easier to understand."

Joanna has been an excellent tutor to our son over the last four years. Brilliant. She supported him for his GCSE and subsequently his A levels. My son has gone on to obtain grade 9 in 10 subject at GCSE. This week he has obtained A grades in all three subjects ( Maths, Biology, Chemistry). My son is now off to study Medicine.

Joanna has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My son has described her as knowledgeable and patient in responding to queries when teaching.

We have found her to be extremely flexible and dedicated, She was always available for her lessons and ensured she rearranged any unavoidably missed ones. She always stayed over her time allowance ensuring that my son understood the lesson content,

Joanna is a great tutor with passion, enthusiasm and energy for teaching. She focuses on getting her student understand the subject properly and retests the student's knowledge on the subject. She does not care about the elapse of time as she immerses herself in art of energetic teaching until her student is able to reach to the point of own full understanding of the learning point.
