I have always been a keen mathematician since my early school days. First taking the then O level a year early, and then the full A level a year early as well. Both passed with grade A's. I went on to study Mathematics at the University of London. Gaining my BSc in 1989.

I enjoy problem solving and bringing a developed understanding out in my students.

I will travel up to 10 miles from Witney town centre, perhaps further by prior arrangement.

I offer a 50% discount on the first lesson so that you can meet me and be happy with what I can offer with minimal expenditure on your part.

Tutoring Experience

Im now a full time Specialist tutor in Maths. Last year I tutored in excess of 35 students for over 1500 hours. I am now registered with a number of agencies that keep me busy with new students.

Tutoring Approach

Most importantly I am flexible and experienced in tailoring my approach individually to students in KS3 and GCSE and A level ". I will work at the pace set by the student to ensure that the basic understanding is firmly in place before tackling the more challenging parts of the syllabus. But I am happy to tackle only the students difficulties if that's preferred..
I offer out of hours guidance at no extra cost to assist students complete studies without having to attend and pay for additional lessons.
