Hi there, I am a teacher from Renfrewshire. I am hardworking and a dedicated teacher who is very passionate about teaching and making a difference to all children.
In my spare time I like to socialise with friends and keep fit by going out on my bike and attending fitness classes. I also enjoying going hill walking and mountain biking.
I have been a qualified primary teacher for 11years and can help with all maths experience and outcomes covered in curriculum for excellence. I can help pupils and parents identify any issues regarding progress and performance and provide well structured plans and methodologies to overcome any difficulties.
Being in the classroom I am up to date with the current delivery of education. I believe that tutoring is providing young people with help in a way that is not always possible in a classroom, breaking topics down and putting a real-life spin on them.
I am clear and concise in my explanations and provide all resources.
There would be a range of writing, saying and doing tasks to further knowledge of maths also utilising ICT where appropriate.
