Hey! I'm Brendon, an enthusiastic and passionate teacher. I have been tutoring for over 15 years and I enjoy the entire process of preparing, delivering a lesson and the follow through. Teaching makes me happy and I strongly feel happy teachers make the best ones. I am a Qualified Maths teacher and currently teach at a school.
Tutoring Experience
I have 15 years experience teaching in a secondary school. I have taught Mathematics, Physics to GCSE students and tutored students of other curriculum as well.
Tutoring Approach
Learning should be fun and I strive to make it so. I tend to use inquiry based learning and ICT in my lessons to consolidate the learning. I have worked with mixed ability kids for a long time and I am equally comfortable working with a gifted student as well as a someone who has special needs. I have been part of examiner feedback sessions on marking papers and questions discussions, this gives me a unique insight into what examiners are looking for.
