I am a fully qualified EFL (English for Foreign Learners) teacher with hands-on experience in classroom teaching and one-to-one tutoring experience. I offer exam preparation classes for international qualifications of English. I also have a long career in ELT (English Language Teaching) publishing and editing bothj on print and digital / online.

I now offer Modern Greek lessons online or face to face to all ages.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught English to 7-16 year old students and adults of all levels I have successfully prepared students for ESOL English exams. I will thoroughly prepare you for internationally recognised exams, which are essential for your further education or your work. such as Cambridge English, (Key, Preliminary, First and Advanced), Pearson Test of English, TOEFL erc

I can teach Modern Greek to all ages and especially help second or third generation Greek children to learn their heritage language and keep up with their Greek identity.

Tutoring Approach

I will give you a diagnostic test to your level of English and I will plan your tutoring sessions according to your needs.
My tutoring approach is learner-centred, and adaptable to your needs. I teach integrated English language skills - Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing, with references to the necessary grammar. Vocabulary in context / topics is a key to my lessons.
