11 Plus in Liverpool and Wirral
There are three partially selective schools in Liverpool, and one grammar. These are joined by four more grammars in the Wirral area, and are all nominally under the same banner. It should be noted that the Liverpool Blue Coat School, St. Anselm's College and Upton Hall School have their own entrance requirements.
For the others, the test info is as follows:

- Content: 2 Verbal Reasoning papers, GL Assessment (formerly NFER) multiple choice format, 21 question types
- Results:21st October 2015
- Pass Mark: 236 out of 280
- Allocations day: 1st March 2016
