Personal Description:

Iam a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals.

If I can have a positive impact on their future, I feel I am doing my job well. I am an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally and I have a strong ability to plan and organise effectively; something which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher.

I cope very well with pressure and can adapt my style or te
tutoring methods, when needed, to deliver consistent results. I have an understanding of the bigger picture and the pressures that are placed by students.

I am someone who always implements effective behaviour management processes in the classroom and strive myself on an ability to continually develop both personally .

Tutoring Experience:

I was a tutor at Mpumalanga for Samuel mhlanga primary school from grade 4 to 7 for 4 months during my spare time I used that time to develop the skills and knowledge on how to adapt the environment at first it was difficult but after 3 weeks i was flourishing and my students were happy with tutoring methods later i then asked the principal to give me 2 classes to tutor grade 11 and 12 maths and science because i have strong with maths and science my application was approved by the principal I've taught in two language school before .Have had a variety of students, from small children to adults over the 3 months I really understood how to approach different groups, how to understand their skills, expectations, goals, and adjust my tutoring accordingly. I want to say that I’ve managed to help my students meet their goals time and again.

Tutoring Approach:

Am patient and being able to make a room of understanding for everyone am not always right i allow mh students to point out the mistakes snd errors that need to be corrected wich helps me to be flexible and to be a good listener am confident to be a collaborator
