Personal Description:
I am a well traveled and experienced English foreign language and English second language practitioner. Countries where I have worked and lived include Canada, New Zealand, Angola, Japan, Thailand and South Africa.
My teaching experience has been at Primary School, Secondary School as well as at university level. I have been the Director of Studies at private language school as well as the EFL Course coordinator at the Stellenbosch University Language Centre.
My qualifications include a TESOL, BA. HDE (English and School Guidance), Management Development Program Certificate and a certificate in Business Management; I am also a qualified IELTS examiner and Cambridge trained ORAL examiner.
Lastly, I have worked in the hospitality industry, banking industry and assisted with the opening and training of the first McDonald's Restaurant in South Africa.
