Personal Description:
Able, confident and self-driven individual, currently studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Law at the University of Witswatersand. I have an eagerness when it comes to helping and teaching young people and children, a passion which I partake in every Sunday with a group of kids I work with.
Tutoring Experience:
Private online tutoring 2020-2021, students between grade 9 - 12. in IsiZulu, Business Studies, Biology, Tourism studies and English.
Tutoring Approach:
Understanding and patience are two key elements. Understanding how the student best learns is the first step to improving a students results, as it allows for one to teach the student in a way which they best understand and at a pace which best suits them. Patience is key, as not all students grasp concepts at the same pace - hence I am not reluctant to work at a slower pace if needs be.Flexibility is also important as trying new methods with the student when realizing they are not responding to the current method is essential.
