Tutoring Experience:

Since 2017 , I have been working as a full-time, self employed, online and private mathematics tutor.
I tutor mathematics grades 1-12/IGCSE /A level and Calculus A/B to students online or at their place of
residence.
After completing my Cambridge International Examinations IGCSE /AS/A Level education ,I obtained a
university exemption.
I enrolled at the University of South Africa (UNISA) and began studying towards a Bachelor of Mathematics
and Physics degree.
I obtained distinctions for mathematics , calculus A and calculus B modules and an A average for
assignments.
In January 2017, I wanted to share my passion for mathematics and learning and started teaching
students.
This developed into a passion for teaching. Helping students understand their work has been rewarding
as I understand the stresses and difficulties students have when studying.

Tutoring Approach:

I tutor with patience and focus on the student's understanding of their subject in guidance with their prescribed curriculum .

I teach students using a whiteboard, markers and discuss the subject with the student in great detail.I break down each problem and do my best to ensure the student understands. I provide notes , different explanations and illustrations when I teach.
