Personal Description:

I am a hard working and dedicated teacher who wants to give the type of education where the child achieves their utmost best.

I want to create a happy and friendly atmosphere and relationship so that the child can grow to his or her full potential. I strive to learn everyday and I am consistently researching and creating new ideas to teach as a topic or skill based on the child’s learning style and ability, as I believe that by incorporating their own unique learning style, they will strive.

Everybody deserves a good education, and to achieve that, a passionate and driven teacher is necessary, and I believe I am one of those teachers.

Tutoring Experience:

Qualified October 2017 (Bachelors Degree of education), specializing in early childhood development, foundation phase

Teaching assistant at Bridge House in 2018

Grade R educator since May 2019 till present

Work with Autistic and Cerebral Palsy children

Home schooled children aged 3 to 5

Home schooled, assessed as well as prepared children for schools needing assessments for Grade R students

Work according to CAPS and the CAPS guidelines and learning outcomes

Tutoring Approach:

Ages 3 till 8
R150/hr for minimum 2 hrs
25km travel at R3,61/km.

I will have a curriculum set out with the necessary skills needed at the specific age levels, resources can either be provided by the parents themselves or by me, as I have created my own activity packs at an additional cost.
