Personal Description:
Hi there! My name is Aneesa and I'm passionate about online tutoring. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy playing tennis, baking, reading and more recently I've started writing my own books.
Tutoring Experience:
I have a Masters Qualification in Finance with over 11 years of experience in tutoring. I tutor online GDE/CAPS Mathematics from grades 1 to 12 with extra focus on grade 10 to 12 content. I am also an NBT (National Benchmark Test) tutor for both QL and MAT, so you can rest assured that I will help you be well prepared for the NBT's when the time arrives! I am a qualified ESL teacher for teaching English as a second language and have taught ESL to adults and also primary and secondary students with experience teaching overseas. Tutoring Approach:
My online teaching method is through an exciting platform called Zoom, where teacher and students interact during the lesson and students are made to feel as if they are actually present in front of the teacher while they are guided in completing exam-type questions. These are typical questions that students would get in their own tests and exams. Content is provided by me and I will teach groups (max 10) of the SAME topic or 1 on 1 lesson of specific topics.
