Personal Description:
I am a 3rd year medical student at the University of Otago. I completed Health Sciences First Year in 2021 with 100% in PHSI191, 97% in CHEM191 and CELS191, and 94% in HUBS191. I am kind, friendly, and good at explaining difficult concepts. I enjoy chess, badminton, running, and baking.
Tutoring Experience:
I have helped peers understand challenging concepts in physics, chemistry, and other subjects during high school, and my first two years at university.
Tutoring Approach:
I aim to support motivated students of all abilities to reach their academic goals. I do this by explaining difficult concepts, asking questions to help the student problem solve, and teaching new ways of learning and problem solving.
Please note: I offer 50-minute sessions as these are the most accessible to Otago University students. I can meet students at one of the university libraries, or on Zoom.
