Personal Description:
Hi! My name is Charlotte, I am tutoring Maths, English, Chemistry, and Italian up to NCEA Level 3. I am studying my masters in Intercultural Communication and Applied Translation.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been tutoring Maths since the start of last year to a range of students, particularly students studying NCEA. While I have not been tutoring for a very long period, I enjoy learning about new ways to help students, and I like to keep my mind open when it comes to helping students figure out what works for them.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach differs depending on the student as everyone has different skillsets and needs, but I try to keep lessons fun and interesting. I believe building a rapport with the students is important and I try incorporating their interests. I am always willing to discuss what in particular we need to work on together, please feel free to ask me any questions about this.
