Personal Description:

I hold a Bachlor's degree in English language and literature.I have had professional training at school to give public speeches since age of 12 so I speak Mandarin in a very standard and proper way. My accent is very clear and easy to understand.

Tutoring Experience:

- I have over 12 years experience teaching Mandarin as a First language to Primary and Secondary school children and adults - writing, speaking, listening, reading.

- I have over 12 years experience teaching English as a Second language to Primary and Secondary school children and adults - writing, speaking, listening, reading.

Tutoring Approach:

I am patient, reliable and always try to make learning an enjoyable experience. I approach to every individual in the way that suits best to them (visual, auditory,read-write learning styles). I always make sure students understand a topic by asking them questions, making notes, repeating and relating the topics to the things they already know. My previous students tend to say I am able to bond with them and explain things in a simple and comprehensive way. I always go above and beyond when teaching, and employ innovative teaching techniques at all times.

Assessment and first tutoring hour will be free, so that students get to know me and I am able to discover weak and strong points, thus giving them a personalized feedback.

Families with children are most welcome to come for language session. We'll discuss the topics, activities, games and songs, you want to learn with along your child, and will make tailor-made lessons especially for you!
