Personal Description:

I completed a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Sociology and Minoring in Criminology, a Diploma for Graduates endorsed with Politics and a Masters in Politics with Distinction.

I am currently working for the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment in New Zealand. I work in the Small Business Policy team helping to create policy which supports small businesses. I have a passion for the study of Politics and would love to help you excel in the subject!

Tutoring Experience:

In my Masters year I tutored a Political Philosophy paper at Otago University, which included marking essays and other written assignments while also supporting the lecturer with weekly tutorials for the students.

I have also previously tutored English, helping Korean students pass their English exams.

Tutoring Approach:

I work to the needs of the student. Encouraging students to have conversations about the subjects they are learning is extremely important for learning and also increases confidence. I am happy to work to the requirements of the students and help facilitate their learning in a way that works best for them.
