Personal Description:

I am a female primary school teacher. I am interested in working with children who need an extra hand to help them reach their full potential. I am willing to offer help and guidance across all subject areas. I am available all year round including weekends. I am based in Kilkenny but work in Carlow. I am willing to travel between the two.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a fully qualified primary school teacher. I graduated from Colaiste Mhuire Marino with an honours degree. I have taught in both the junior and senior cycle of primary schools. I currently teach 6th class in a single sex boys primary school. Over the past few years , I have worked alongside children with a range of special educational needs.

Approach to Grinds:

I think that children are most motivated when they find a topic fun and interesting. I think that grinds at primary school level should be interactive. If a child is struggling in one subject , I would ensure that all aspects of that subject are covered.
