I am a student studying Law and French in Cork, Ireland. I am in third year.
I am passionate about French, and got a H1 in my Leaving Certificate. I was awarded Third Prize for the NUI Dr H H Stewart Literary Scholarship and Prizes 2019 for my French work at university.
I also edit French legal articles for the Cork Online Law Review.
I have spent some time studying in France already and will be studying there on Erasmus in 2021 so I have great written, oral and aural French.
I also study it in university, and am top of my class with a 1.1 (First Class Honours).
I have given grinds in French and have experience in correcting French examinations/essays. I also edit and correct French work (legal articles) for the Cork Online Law Review. I also often correct French work of my peers at university.
I have previously given grinds to Junior/Leaving Certificate students, but also have more casual experience in helping others with French at university level.
Approach to Grinds:
I would speak to a student first to see what areas they find difficult/would like to improve on. I will then tailor our grinds to what suits the student's needs best.
I will cover oral, aural and written French development.
I have extensive notes that would be useful for all levels of French, from Junior Certificate level to university level.
Contact me here and we can see what approach would be best for you/your child.
Due to the pandemic I am available for online video call grinds/socially distanced grinds in Cork. I will also follow up after classes with work and be available to correct and edit homework.
