Hello dear friends,

I am a creative and adaptable Russian language Teacher from Moscow, holding a Master's degree in Philology, with more than 20 years of experience in Foreign Languages teaching.

Being a language teacher for many years, I know what to expect when you study a foreign language.
You have to be positive and patient, passionate about languages and work hard.
I teach my students four main language skills -READING, WRITING, SPEAKING and LISTENING comprehension.
My lessons are designed to have fun, to learn something new every lesson and have a chance to practice your language skills - here YOU are talking!

Approach to Grinds:

I am teaching Russian since 2001.

I love teaching and watching my students progress. I prepare my students for Leaving certificate, TRKI and other qualifications.

I love showing my students how much improvement they can make with a bit of guidance and hard work.
While working with students special attention is paid to pronunciation and speech fluency, developing listening and speaking skills and ( that dreadful) Russian grammar as well!

She displays a very good understanding of languages and their structures and uses this to challenge students, whilst at the same time ensuring they remain engaged and enjoy what they are doing. During lessons she has displayed a lot of empathy and is always willing to support with any difficulties experienced during the learning process.

I asked her to work with my son to improve his confidence in spoken Russian in the run-up to his GCSE speaking exam, and she did a tremendous job! She went on to help him prepare for his listening exam, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her for her organised and calm manner, which created the confidence he needed to manage his nerves on the day.
Plus, and most importantly, due to her work he continues to be a confident Russian speaker, now the exams are over, as that is ultimately what we all wanted.
