Personal Description:

Hello everyone.

I am a qualified Primary School teacher with a Masters of Education. I am a UCC graduate of Music and Geography also.

I am living and working in Cork city, in which I can tutor from my home or remotely online. I can prepare work for the students or continue with the student's own work either from their school or exams.

I am very friendly, easy-going and I am here to help. I believe in a practical way of learning through a relaxed and fun environment. I am highly motivated and committed to you as a tutor and will stick to the goals the students wishes to accomplish.

Tutoring Experience:

As well as tutoring, I am also working as a primary teacher and piano teacher.

I enjoy this thoroughly, as I get to meet so many nice students along the way from different backgrounds.
I prepare my piano students for exams as well as theory tests and prepare my subject students for their school exams, entrance exams, or practical music exams.

Music, Irish, Geography, English, language, maths, Primary / Secondary level Music theory are my main strengths.

Approach to Grinds:

I am very relaxed and I like to get to know the person and see what they want to accomplish. I set a goal with my students on what they would like to accomplish in a certain time frame.

I produce all exercisers and all materials if need be or we can work on the materials brought by the student. I can also correct and proof-read essays or exam prep work also.

I can assist with most subjects especially in Maths, English and Irish / Gaeilge.
