GROUP FRENCH CLASSES ONLY
Junior Cert & Leaving Cert French
Qualified and experienced 2nd level French teacher and graduate in French and Business. I studied my 3rd year of university in France and have an excellent level of French. I am a patient teacher and I love to see my students making real progress and understanding the language in all its forms.
My students come from a wide area (Ballina, Castlebar, and from all around County Mayo)

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught French Grinds for 11 years now, with excellent results. I speak French on a daily basis.
I teach a full timetable of 2nd level French each week in a second level school, from 1st year up to 6th year honours.

Approach to Grinds:

GROUP classes only (8 students) are offered to ensure that each student has an indepth knowledge of what is required to sit an excellent exam paper and complete an excellent oral examination.

Emphasis is on grammar, tense work, building vocabulary, together with oral and aural practice. Past exam papers are used on a continuous basis so students are completely familiar with the layout and requirements. These classes build confidence in French and give a much better understanding of the language.

I work with the students as they learn, I do not give lots of handouts or pages of information - we learn together in class so the learning at home after my classes is already revision!
All class commencement are subject to numbers.
