Information About Elvire - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

I am a French native speaker and Trinity College graduate eager to teach you French! I have experience in teaching French at all levels to students from all around the world. Originally from Grenoble in France, I moved to Ireland to do my studies at Trinity College Dublin. I am now a first class honours graduated Trinity College student.
I am passionate about languages and cultures, and I am myself currently learning Korean and Chinese.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught French at the Centre for Communication and Languages at Trinity College Dublin to university level students. I have also experience in teaching French and English online on a website called 'Italki', for students from A1 to B2 level.

I am very passionate about teaching languages to students from all levels.

Approach to Grinds:

I don't believe there is a right way to teach languages as everyone has different needs when learning languages.

I usually start by setting out a 'road map' together in order to understand the student level, needs, and goals. Following this, I construct individual lessons that are completely personalised. This road map is similar to a guide that is subject to change all along the lessons as flexibility is crucial when teaching.

I believe learning a language also comes with an understanding of culture, history, and geography of the country. So, I try to include these aspects in my lessons while adapting to the need and level of the student.
