Personal Description:
I am a fluent Irish speaker with 10 years teaching experience. I am employed with the State Examination Commission correcting Irish and also in my role as a Leaving Cert oral Irish examiner. Having achieved an Honours BA degree in Irish and Geography from NUIG, I then went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in media through Irish in NUIG living in the Gaeltacht for a year. I successfully completed an tArd Diplóma san Oideachas, the only university course in the country offering the H-Dip through Irish in NUIG.I also hold an MA sa Nua-Ghaeilge. I worked in a Gaelscoil in the west of Ireland before moving to Dublin where I have been teaching for over 8 years and I have a wealth of experience in the written, aural and oral aspects of the Junior and Leaving cert courses.
Tutoring Experience:
I have 10 years teaching experience, teaching in English and Irish speaking schools.
Approach to Grinds:
I will cater for the needs of each individual student providing excellent notes where appropriate.
