Information About Callum - Droichead Nua tutor

Personal Description:

I am currently studying Bachelor of Commerce in UCD, I sat my leaving cert in June of 2022 and received a H1 (98%) in both Mathematics and Physics, and (89%) in Chemistry. I spent my time in secondary education studying in Newbridge College, and having only recently completed my exams, I have a strong knowledge of what is necessary in order to succeed and obtain a strong result. I am of a hard working nature and dedicate myself to whatever it is I am practicing.

Tutoring Experience:

I have previously tutored classmates that have approached me regarding their struggles in certain areas of the above subjects, and each time spent roughly 2-3 weeks, walking them through particular chapters and sections of the course. This warranted excellent progress in their understanding of the topics and in turn increased their results in exams.

Approach to Grinds:

I have a flexible and comprehensive method to teaching regarding this year's leaving cert course. Initially, given that it is the beginning of the academic year, a detailed revision of the topics that my students are currently being taught in school is necessary, as well as any previous topics that the student feels they need a better understanding in. Additionally, I tend to avoid going ahead of what my students are currently being taught in order to prevent an oversized work-load. My method is designed to be stress-free and easy to understand, ensuring that my students have every chance of reaching the best of their capabilities.
